Deliveries
We ship small items via trusted couriers and deliver oversize cladding products using our own vehicles. Our goal is to give you clear, reliable delivery with realistic lead times and good communication.
How Our Deliveries Work
Delivery across the UK mainland for Proform-manufactured cladding is carried out by our own professional drivers. Typical lead time is within 7 working days of cleared payment, and we aim to improve on this where possible. We can deliver to an alternative address and recommend using What3Words to pinpoint the exact drop location.
Once your order is received and scheduled, we provide as much notice as possible of your proposed delivery date. In some cases, we may contact you at short notice if a suitable route becomes available. If the date is inconvenient, we will work with you to arrange an alternative. From time to time we may use trusted third-party hauliers to ensure timely delivery.

Proform Local Delivery (Oversize)
Oversize, long-length, or heavy cladding products are delivered by our own drivers on scheduled routes. You will select an available date at checkout (subject to capacity). Lead time is typically 2–7 working days.
- Please ensure access for a long vehicle and safe unloading area.
- We may contact you to confirm access, timing, or offload support.
- Mixed orders (oversize + small items) are delivered together locally.
Courier Shipping (Small Items)
Accessories and smaller items are sent by courier. Orders over £50.00qualify for free Standard shipping. Express may be available at checkout.
- Tracking available on request.
- Weight limits apply for courier eligibility; heavy items will switch to Local Delivery.
Supplier Direct Deliveries
Some products ship directly from our suppliers. After we receive their confirmation, we will contact you to coordinate a suitable delivery date and share any carrier-specific requirements.
- Large panel systems may require forklift/telehandler or crane on site.
- Some suppliers provide onboard forklifts; restrictions may apply.
- We will advise if any special offload requirements apply to your order.
Parcel Deliveries (Couriers)
Small parcels are shipped via trusted couriers (e.g., DPD/Parcelforce). Tracking information is available on request. If your order contains both small parcel items and oversize items, we will usually combine into Local Delivery for a single, convenient drop.

Delivery Advice
Help us deliver efficiently by letting us know:
- Any dates/times that delivery cannot be accepted.
- Access restrictions (weight/height/width), roadworks, or one-way systems.
- Whether you have offload support (forklift/telehandler) if required.

Combined Shipping: In some cases, your order may be fulfilled using a combination of methods (Local Delivery, courier, or supplier direct). Any combined charges will be calculated at checkout, and we will keep you informed of the expected schedule.
